Booking availability
Bookings are subject to therapist availability and clinic operating rules.
At the time of this policy, the clinic is configured to allow bookings up to 365 days ahead and to allow same-day bookings where a slot is still available.
Deposits and payment
We currently require a 40% deposit for online bookings unless another payment option is shown. Where offered, you may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
The main entrance is locked after 5 PM on weekdays and during weekends and public holidays. At those times, please use the building door entry system. Once inside, take the lift to Level 6 and wait in the seating area for your therapist.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be shortened, the full appointment fee may still apply, and if there is not enough time to treat you safely the appointment may need to be treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment.
Cancellation
You may cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment start time.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, any paid amount is handled according to the payment method used and the clinic refund process.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, this is treated as a late cancellation. Under the clinic's current live rule, the clinic retains the deposit amount.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule online up to 12 hours before your appointment start time, subject to live therapist availability and clinic scheduling rules.
Inside the final 12 hours, online rescheduling is not available and you should contact the clinic directly.
Membership bookings
If a booking was paid using membership credit, late cancellation may result in some or all of that value being retained based on the clinic's current late-cancellation rule.
Gift card bookings
If a booking was paid using a gift card, online cancellation is not currently available. Please contact the clinic directly so the gift card balance can be reviewed and restored safely where appropriate.
No-shows
If you miss your appointment without sufficient notice, we may treat it as a late cancellation or missed appointment. Deposits, membership credit, or gift card value may be retained in line with the clinic's current policy and manual review.
