Purchase and use
Gift cards may be purchased online for treatment value at Holistic & Sports Massage Edinburgh.
- May be used toward eligible clinic services
- Are subject to availability and booking rules
- Are not cash
- Are not bank accounts or credit facilities
Value and balances
The amount loaded onto the gift card is the starting value. Where only part of the value is used, any remaining balance stays on the card until expiry or full use.
Minimum amount
The current online gift card purchase flow requires a minimum amount of £10.
Expiry
Unless a different expiry date is stated on the gift card or purchase confirmation, the current system issues gift cards with a default expiry of 6 months from purchase.
Recipient and purchaser
Gift cards may be visible in the client portal for the logged-in client where that client is the purchaser or recipient and the gift card is active.
Lost or forwarded emails
If you lose access to your gift card email or need the code re-sent, please contact the clinic at holisportsmas@gmail.com.
Refunds and cancellations
Gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased unless required by law.
If a booking paid by gift card needs to be cancelled, the clinic may need to handle that manually so the balance can be restored safely where appropriate.
Cash alternative
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
