Membership types
At Holistic & Sports Massage Edinburgh we currently offer monthly memberships and one-off session packages.
The exact price, included credits or sessions, discount, and benefits are shown on the membership selected at purchase or assignment.
Monthly memberships
Monthly memberships are recurring unless paused or cancelled in line with the clinic's membership process.
- New monthly credits are added only after a successful renewal payment
- If renewal payment fails, the membership may move to past due
- No new monthly credits are added while payment remains unresolved
Session packages
Session packages are one-off purchases rather than recurring memberships.
Credit use
Membership credits may be used toward eligible bookings.
If the credit fully covers the booking, the booking can show as paid without additional money being due.
If the credit only partly covers the booking, the remaining balance must be paid by another accepted method.
Credit expiry
For current monthly memberships, credits are intended to expire at the end of the active membership period unless we state otherwise.
Where a package or manually assigned credit has a different expiry or no expiry shown, the clinic record for that membership or credit will apply.
Late cancellation and missed appointments
If you use membership credit for a booking and cancel late, some or all of that credit may be retained in line with the clinic's current late-cancellation rule.
Pause, reactivation, and cancellation
The clinic may allow memberships to be paused, reactivated, or cancelled.
Pausing or cancellation stops future renewal activity, but existing credits and status are still governed by the clinic's current membership rules and any expiry already attached to those credits.
Failed payments
If a membership renewal payment fails, the membership may be marked past due, no new renewal credits are added until payment is successful, and the clinic may contact you to resolve the payment.
Memberships and other payment methods
Memberships may interact with other booking or payment methods such as manual payment, gift cards, and loyalty where supported by the clinic's current system.
