Treatment and medical information disclaimer
Massage and bodywork are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment from a GP, consultant, or other regulated medical professional.
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, and other relevant medical history.
We may ask you to complete consultation or consent forms before treatment and again in future if your information needs to be updated.
Medical clearance
If your consultation answers raise a safety concern, we may request more information, request medical clearance, request supporting documents, or postpone, modify, or decline treatment until the matter is reviewed.
Treatment is always subject to therapist clinical judgement on the day.
Where medical clearance is requested, treatment may be delayed or declined until the clinic is satisfied that it is safe to proceed.
Rehabilitation and exercise plans
Any rehabilitation plan, home exercise, or aftercare information we provide is intended to support your treatment and self-management. It does not replace medical advice.
Treatment and work-adjustment letters
Any treatment letter or work-adjustment letter issued by the clinic is based on the client's treatment or assessment at the clinic.
This letter is based on the client's treatment or assessment at our clinic. It is not an NHS fit note or statutory sick note. The employer should use this information to support reasonable temporary adjustments where appropriate.
Reviews
Where we request feedback after a completed appointment, your Clinic OS review is linked to your completed booking. If we offer an optional Google review link, that is an external public review platform and is separate from your verified clinic review.
